For small recreational tournaments
Repair an existing schedule after one court becomes unavailable. Up to 12 fixed matches, 8 teams and 2 courts — for example, two groups of four without finals. A full eight-team round robin is outside the limit.
Import a CSV, set the court closure and minimum team rest, then compare the original with a feasible revised plan. Locked matches stay fixed. Other matches never start earlier.
Your small tournament plan, offline
The planned €29 single-event purchase includes a downloadable HTML tool, example CSV and instructions for local revisions and CSV/change-report exports. No subscription, product account or schedule uploads. Delivery and supported desktop browsers are still being verified.
The purchase does not unlock a better scheduling algorithm than the preview. If copying a few rows manually is enough, you may not need to buy it. We have not measured time saved versus manual editing; online alternatives also provide rescheduling.
Check the fit
- 15-minute start grid; one court closure; minimum team rest.
- Fixed matches only. No knockout brackets, team withdrawal, referee scheduling or live emergency service.
- Finds a feasible alternative, not a guaranteed minimum number of changes. Constraints may be impossible, or the search limit may be reached.
Always review a revised schedule before using it.
